Alice graduated with a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol in 2016. In September of 2016 Alice started her SWBio DTP funded PhD studentship under the supervision of Matt Crump at the University of Bristol. Alice has submitted her thesis regarding Insulin-Like Growth Factor 2 Receptor (IGF2R) binding domains with the goal of engineering them to better bind monosaccharides such as mannose-6-phosphate. Alice is preparing to start her career as a post-doctoral researcher in Hamberg, Germany. Best of luck Alice!
