Erik Landin

Erik graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2016 with a BA and MSci in Natural Sciences (Biochemistry). In September 2016, Erik started his PhD in the Crump group in the School of Chemistry at the University of Bristol in collaboration with UCB Pharma. Erik is investigating the drug binding properties of the human blood serum protein alpha-1-acid glycoprotein 2 (ORM1) to better understand its impact on the distribution of drugs between blood and other organs. Erik has recently submitted his thesis and is awaiting his viva. When Erik is not busy studying in the lab he will often be found dancing around various ballrooms in Bristol metropolitan area.
